Green Deal Solar Energy Uptake Increases Due To Increased Public Awareness Of Scheme

Green Deal Assessments - Assessors Report

Industry and Trade reports an increased uptake in energy saving measures now that the green deal scheme has been officially launched in January 2013.

Eco grants and affordable warmth plans have also contributed to increased awareness amongst the general public of what the scheme is about and the entitlement for energy saving products under the UK Government backed plan.

UPVC Insulated Doors and Double Glazed Windows
Double Glazing and UPVC Insulated External Doors are also available for installation under the Green Deal Plan

Primary measures for energy reduction in households and businesses centre  on cutting the cost of electricity and gas bills without switching suppliers. The green deal scheme fulfills these demands by offering the consumer other ways to cut bills by signing up for a contract under the plan. There are no upfront costs and in some cases cash back is available for the installation of loft insulation ,cavity wall insulation, new replacement central heating boilers and more.

A full listing of home and business energy saving improvements is listed below:

The plan requires an assessor to conduct a survey of the premises to determine an energy performance rating for your home or business these reports are issued by Green Deal Advisors. For further information about cutting carbon emissions and lowering your fuel bills refer to The Green Deal.
